It’s a shark. It’s a tornado. It’s SHARKNADO!

Okay so I am little late on this bandwagon, (I need to get a little more up to speed on using and staying connected to twitter) but apparently Sci-fi’s infamous “Sharknado” tsunamied social media to a level that even news broadcasts did their fluff pieces about the movie.

I just saw the movie with some friends and honestly I believe it was made for the purpose of being the worst movie ever. Not only did it have the worst graphics but it was so poorly made and edited that the plot drowned and was difficult to follow. Although, the inconsistencies only made it even more entertaining.

Based on some sort of storm where sharks were capable of surviving and attacking people without being immersed in ocean water, the movie had its fair share of love triangles, family drama, a mysterious scar on a the sexy girl, cheesy lines, sharks falling out of the sky, helicopters managing to fly near tornados, and of course, terrible accents. And that wasn’t even all of it. The nonsensical progression and “solutions” to the sharknado were nothing short of extraordinarily outrageous and the end, which I wouldn’t want to ruin for you, is definitely a cheer out loud kind of moment.

There isn’t much more I can say because really I was just in awe but then again it was “Sharknado: enough said.”

Just be sure to grab some friends and maybe a little extra liquid courage if you plan to watch the whole thing. I promise you’ll have a hilarious night ahead of you! (because the entire population of all species of sharks are attacking California from the sky while only 5 people seem to notice)

And obviously I am eagerly anticipating this:

So did you see Sharknado? Will you hunt it down and watch it now? What did you think?
